WILA AI is Wila Consultancy Limited's aviation intelligence and decision-support platform. This page explains what its output is, what it is not, and the terms on which it will be offered.

The short version

WILA AI provides aviation intelligence and AI-assisted decision support. Information and analysis should be independently verified before making legal, regulatory, financial, technical, operational or investment decisions. Illustrative finance outputs do not constitute a financing offer, commitment to lend or credit approval.

How WILA AI produces its answers

WILA AI uses artificial intelligence to gather, summarise and analyse aviation information. Like all such systems, it can be wrong. It can misread a source, miss context, present outdated material as current, or state something incorrect in confident language.

Where an answer cites a source, the citation shows where the material came from. It is not a warranty that the source is accurate, current or applicable to your situation.

Verify before you act

Do not rely on WILA AI output on its own. Verify it independently before making any legal, regulatory, financial, technical, operational or investment decision, and take professional advice appropriate to your circumstances.

This matters most for regulatory intelligence. Nigerian aviation requirements change, and the authoritative position is the one stated by the relevant authority, not the one summarised here.

Financing outputs

WILA AI provides aviation intelligence and decision support. Information and analysis should be independently verified before making legal, regulatory, financial or investment decisions. Wila Consultancy Limited is not a lender and does not provide credit facilities.

Any financing figures, structures or scenarios shown are illustrative modelling only. They are not a quotation, an offer of finance, a commitment to lend, or a credit approval, and they do not survive contact with an actual credit process.

WILA AI terms

WILA AI is not yet available. Registering interest places you on our notification list and creates no obligation on either side.

When the platform opens, access will be subject to terms covering at least:

• who may hold an account, and their responsibility for keeping it secure;
• acceptable use, including limits on automated extraction and on resale of output;
• the data you submit, and how we handle it under our privacy policy;
• availability, support and any service levels that apply to a paid tier;
• the limits of our liability, consistent with our terms of use.

Those terms will be published here before the platform accepts its first account, and we will not apply them retrospectively to anything you send us beforehand.

Your data and WILA AI

Questions you put to WILA AI, and documents you upload to it, are personal or commercial information. Our privacy policy governs how we handle them. Please do not submit material you are not entitled to share, or anything covered by an obligation of confidentiality you owe to someone else.

Human judgement

WILA AI is a tool used by our advisers, not a replacement for them. Where you engage us, the advice you receive is ours, given by people, and we are accountable for it. Where you use WILA AI on your own, the decision and the responsibility for it remain yours.
